I recently attended the Spot Light Dance Company National Dance Event in Las Vegas. The host hotel was the Rio. We I was charged $50.00 per day, per room, for early check out. Even though the hotel had a deal with the Spot Light Dance company to block a certain number of rooms for the week. I checked out on Friday morning which allowed the Rio Hotel to rebook the same room at a higher rate immediatly.
