FUND RAISING

 

In order to have the quality program that we have all come to expect as part of the Beachdale Vocal Music Department, it is essential that basic revenues are obtained to offset the substantial costs – hence the need for fundraising activities.

 

It is the responsibility of each choir member to participate fully in these activities. It is understandable that it is difficult for some students who are involved with other school programs to participate, but the fact remains – school budgets are slim and extra money is needed to keep up the quality of out program.

 

Fundraisers in which you participate may directly affect you. A certain percentage of the profit of each will got into students; individual accounts. Monies may be used for a variety of necessities including costumes, t-shirts, and tour (if applicable). However, and money in an individual’s account that is not used by the end of their senior year, will be transferred to the general fund.
