Rumrunner has been called "the Old Deuteronomy of Jellicle Ratters" and for good reason, he is one of Old
Deuteronomy's younger brothers. He has travlled to every known port, and a few unknown ones, chasing rats all the way. It is rare that he sees any of
his siblings, but every once and a while he catches the right ship to the right port that finds him back home again.
Rumrunner doesn't like violence (his seen too much), but he will not back down if he is pushed. From his many years of ratting, he knows
how to fight, he is also steadier, and stronger than most cats. All Cat's have heard of him, and there are many story's about him One of these stories
claims that he sailed with Captian Cook. If you ask him if it is true, he won't say one way or the other. To him, it's enough that he knows the truth about
himself.
