Born to a Housecat family, she wandered off and joined the Fonicles (Macavity's Tribe). There she was brought up in cruelty, but to the finery of the Classy Dames. Then,
she met Dantina and Constantin, son and daughter to Old Deuteronomy, siblings to Coricopat & Tantomile, and Macavity's prisoners. Macavity gives Dantina to
the pound, and Constantine escapes, with Vixa, (at that tribe known as Vixen) held hostage. They fall in love, but Macavity kills Constantine. But Vixa lives as a Jellicle from then on, and
bears Constanitne's kittens.
