He has a deep hatred towards Macavity, because of all the unhonourable things he has done to the Jellicles.

When he was a big kitten, he was abandoned by his family, He found his way to the alleyways, where Old Deuteronomy, adopted him into the family , and charged him with protection of all Jellicle Cats.

He has never been to a Jellicle Ball, because he fears that his large size would intimidate most of the cats. He is also afraid he would injury others.
