Formal Dinner

On Saturday evening, May 15th, the high school youth will host a formal dinner for the members and friends of Church of the Resurrection. This will be a time to enjoy delicious food and live entertainment in a relaxing atmosphere with family and friends. If you have china that you would like to be shown off during the meal, please contact Pastor Carolyn or one of the high school youth. Our goal is to transform the fellowship hall into an eloquent setting. This event will provide funds for the Boundary Water trip and other event throughout the year. We thank you for your support.

THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST

Come see "The Passion of the Christ" with your fellow members of the church and return for a discussion of the movie on Sunday, march 21st. We will attend the matinee that afternoon and return to church for a light supper and discussion. Sign up on the kiosk!

Book Review with Pastor Stein

Five People You Meet In Heaven

Several have asked for a discussion of this popular book. I am setting aside Tuesday, March 22nd at 7:00 p.m. for a discussion with anyone who is interested. The coffee pot will be on, and I'll be here. Hope to see you!

First Communion

Any student, fifth grade or older, who has not yet received his or her first communion is invited to contact one of the pastors in February so that they may hear about a special first communion course they can take. Most of our students prepared for and received first communion last fall, but we are offering a second opportunity this month.

H.A.Y. (Hartland Area Youth)

H.A.Y. meets the first and third Sunday of each month at 11:15 a.m. in the Youth Room. We make plans for the month, catch up with each other, have devotions and do other things. If you're in 9th-12th grade come and be a part of H.A.Y.

We hold Saturday Worship services at 5:00 p.m.

We worship on Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Families are invited to sign up to provide fellowship after the services each Sunday.

Sunday School meets during the 10:00 a.m. services each Sunday for children ages 3 through 4th grade. 5th graders have a special course on Christian Worship.
