                                 HISTORY

In the years of 1984-86 the band was founded by high school students. During the years until 1991, there had been aprox.30 people in the band. From 1991 BTR consisted of:

-Kiril Bojkov (guitar)

-Ivan Kaflov (bas)

-Georgi Milev (drums)

-Hristo Angov (vocals)

-Valentin Guevski (guitar)

With this group BTR recorded two albums:

-BTR Live (1991)

-Bending The Rules(1993)

Both albums showed good rhythm - section and guitar skills. The high vocals add to this heavy style of music. During this period the group had won several first place prizes in the radio and TV, private concerts and taking part in the "Tankard".

     In 1993 BTR changed two of it's members. The group  then consisted of the foolowing members:

-Kiril Bojkov (guitar)

-Ivan Kaflov (bas)

-Georgi Milev (drums)

-Slavcho Nikolov (guitar and vocals)

-Atanas Penev (vocals)

In the same year, a suggestion, from French producers ( Mark, Bosulon and Stefan Bare) for the creation of the album " Feel the Life", is accepted. The album got released, and the group made a good impression in the French press, where many great things were said about the band. The album is greated increadibly by the French fans of BTR, and it's heavy style of music.

In march 1994 BTR began it's club carrer. It began to play often in the "Country Club" in Studentski Grad( a region in Sofia). From 1995 to 1998 BTR had preformed over 200 concerts and festivals in Bulgaria ( throughout the whole country). In 1995 BTR started off the concert of Iron Maiden, in Sofia.

   In april 1997 BTR released a new album - "BTR'97". With it the band showed a noticable improovement. A doubtless hit from the album is "Elmaz i Stuklo" ( Glazier Diamond and Glass). Other hits, which won the first place in TV and radio  were "Hey Momiche"(Hey Girl), "Hvani Jivota Si V Ruce" (Grab Your Life In Full Control), "Zlatnata Ribka"(The Golden Fish) and "Dune". In "BTR'97" the drums were recorded by Joro Milev and Alexander Karanjulov. From march ( in the same year) the drummer of BTR was Ilian Dikov ( he stil is).

     In 1997 the group was invited in another huge festival in the North-West coast of France - "Cosmopoliten". In it many famous bands from all countries preformed.

     In 1998 the band released the album " Sedem Baladi"(Seven Ballads). From it the song "Spasenie"(Salvation) became a huge hit in Bulgaria ( in TV and radio).

    In 1999 BTR released the album "Mechti"(Dreams), in which the songs "Mechti" and "Cvete Ot Lunata"( A Flower From The Moon) won several first prizes in TV and radio programs.

    At the moment BTR are making a new album with a new producer and copywright.
