| 1 | Discussion of the respective job scope. |
| 1.1 | Clearly define each individuals job scope. |
| 1.2 | Individual job scope will be shown on the web page under the Bian Bian Pte Ltd. |
| 2 | Confirmation of programming language. |
| 2.1 | Will be using Java to do the programming. |
| 2.2 | Visual J++ will be used. Since everybody is new to the software, everyone must learn disregarding their job scope. But the code is still to be written by the programmers. |
| 3 | Set deadlines for our project. |
| 3.1 | In order to complete and are able to improve our project on time, a deadline will be set for each refinement. |
| 3.2 | 1st refinement will be done in Week 7 (21-3-01). 2nd refinement will be done in Week 8 (28-3-01). Final program should be ready by Week 9. |
| 3.3 | After the recess, a code should be out so that we are able to run a program. |
| 3.4 | On Wednesday (7-3-01), during lab, after the recess, everybody must update their own progress. |
| 3.5 | Tingmin is to check up on DA for the free access and to ask Dr Nicholas Vun for the database. |
| 3.6 | Meetings on Friday will be resumed. |
