| 1.1 | 3 programmers, 2 analysts, 2 designer and 1 tester/documenter. |
| 1.2 | Lu Fang changed to designer. |

| 2 | Work to be done in this sequence. |
| 2.1 | Analysts will do the planning and risk analysis first (Use Cases and Object Diagrams). |
| 2.2 | Programmers will then translate intp programming language. |
| 2.3 | The tester will do the testing at the end. |
| 2.4 | Analysts (Zhiqiang and JianCheng) are suppose to do a planning by Tuesday before discussions. |
| 2.5 | Everyone is to get familiarize with the tools used (Java and Rational Rose) during free access. |
| 3 | Discussion of the project (Schedule Planner) |
| 3.1 | Since customer never give much information, we have to come up with a product first and allow the customer to see if they need to add anything. |
| 3.2 | The Schedule Planner allows user to block certain periods. |
| 3.3 | Then check if the lecture time for the selected subjects is within what they had blocked. |
| 3.4 | Show a message informing about the clash. |
| 3.5 | Timetable can be displayed: |
| 1.Generate all possible combinations of timetable and displayed on screen. But the number of combinations might be a lot. | |
| 2.Generate all possible combinations of timetable then display the NUMBER of combinations. User allowed to view timetable one by one. But the code would be difficult to write. | |
| 4 | Designer have to go back and write a basic program after the analysts had finished: |
| 4.1 | Check if all the scenarios had been covered. |
| 4.2 | Check the number of combinations. |
| 4.3 | Show the number of timetables generated. |
| 4.4 | Display the index number after specific timetable had been selected. |
