Hailing From the sunny streets of salford, the core of the band concists of 3 close friends, and long time collaborators CARL HOBSON (vocals/guitars), ASH WESTON (guitars/vocals), and, KEV McCORMACK(bass/vocals). If you have read this far you must have some intrest in this band, but may be thinking emmm! no drums, no keys, no f**king rock and roll, WRONG!!!,they have plenty of of all the above. ARRIVAL are currently in the studio, recording the has yet un-named debut album, and although only credited above with their primary instruments,the 3 multi-tallented musicians between them can play a vast amount of other instuments(including the afore mentioned drums and keys). However!, great for the studio this may be it still leaves the question, what about live? The band is inspired by every style of Classic Rock imaginable,(and them some),and this inspiration as helped them write songs that not only appeal to the ever large population of classic rock fans, they are also distinctive enough to pull in a new generation of listener. with self penned tracks like ROCK YOU, which can be liken'd to the big stadium anthems of the past,through to the emotional/spiritual numbers such as GHOST OF AN ENGLISHMAN, which can connect/communicate with the listener on a totally different level, sometimes its hard to beleive they are the same band. well! that was a brief introduction to the band ARRIVAL.
