“So Bria what brings you back here?” Natalie asked sitting down with Ezra. “Oh well my friend Tina is dating Micah and they wanted to see each other, so here I am.” Bria joined Natalie on the couch. “It looks like Zac has taking a liking to you.” She smiled. “Really? You think so?” “Yeah I do, at least that is my opinion,” she smiled,”What’s that?” she asked pointing at the letter Bria was holding. “Oh, it’s just a letter to Zac that I wrote a couple of months ago.” “Really? That’s really sweet.” “You don’t think it’s cheesy?” “No not at all, just make sure you give it to him ok? He has been real down lately, it’ll make him feel good. I have to head back to the bus for some formula, you wanna come?” “Sure!” Natalie opened the door and there was loud screaming. Bria looked to her left and there was a group of girls with cameras taking pictures. “Just smile and wave.” Natalie sighed through her teeth. Bria gave a quick wave and smile while heading into the bus. “Who was that?” One girl asked. “Must be a friend of Natalie’s.” The girl’s friend answered. “Yeah, must be.” Natalie and Bria headed into the bus, Bria walked around the bus and noticed crumpled up paper every where. “What’s with the paper?” She laughed picking up a piece. “Oh Zac’s be trying to write a song for weeks but nothing can come to him.” “Oh.” She said opening up a piece of the paper. I could never promise that you'd never be lonely But as long as we're together we can always only be Misery She crumpled it back up and put it in her pocket. “You ready?” Natalie asked heading her some formula. “Yeah, are you?” She asked looking out the window at the girls. “Ready as I’ll ever be.” She laughed heading out the tour bus. Zac and his brother’s finished up their sound check and headed back to the dressing room. “Where did Bria go?” Zac asked looking around nervously. “She is probably with Natalie.” Taylor sighed picking up Ezra from his crib. Zac turned around and saw Natalie and Bria walking in from outside. Her and Natalie were busy laughing and he couldn’t help but noticed she had the cutest smile and laugh. “Hey Zac, how was sound check?” Bria asked walking over to him. “It was good, was Natalie nice to you? She a tendency to get moody.” He laughed. “Hey! I heard that!” She yelled throwing a pillow at him. “She was great and not moody at all. I love your bus by the way.” “Oh you saw the bus?” He blushed “Yeah, don’t worry I didn’t mind the paper mess.” “Well Bria how would you like to join me on the bus for some lunch?” Zac asked extending his arm. “I would love too.” She smiled wrapping her arm around his. Zac and Bria walked arm and arm towards the bus while the girls outside took pictures. “Ok my friend theory was wrong.” One girl sighed putting her camera down. “I think so.” Zac headed towards the kitchen and grabbed two Dr. Pepper’s and some sandwiches. “Mmm I love Dr. Pepper!” Bria sighed licking her lips. “It’s my favorite!” Zac said handing her a sandwich and drink. “Me too, except it makes me burp real bad!” Bria laughed. “I think you are the only girl I have met that would admit to that.” Zac laughed. “Hey I am a damn good burper and I am proud of it!” She said chugging her soda. Zac watched in amazement, he didn’t think he would be so attracted to Bria. She wasn’t model beautiful like Kate but she had this natural beauty about her. He knew he couldn’t let her slip away from him like he did with Kate. The only thing was Bria was different than Kate, she was outgoing and treated him like he was a normal guy. Bria looked up and notice Zac was staring at her with a big smile. “What?! Do I have something on my face?!” Bria started to rub her face. “No, no! I am just amazed how beautiful you are.” He sighed grabbing her hand lightly rubbing it with his thumb. “Really?” She started to blush. “Yeah.” He squeezed her hand tightly. “So do you have a boyfriend?” He asked grabbing his Dr. Pepper. “Why?” She teased. “Oh, just curious I guess.” He took a sip of his soda, trying to act as casual as he could. “Well, I don’t have a boyfriend. What about you?” “Me? I don’t have a boyfriend.” He laughed. “Zac! You know what I mean!” “Well, I was seeing Natalie’s friend Kate and well let’s just say things didn’t work out.” “Why’s that?” “She broke up with me because I was to young for her.” “Well it’s her loss.” Bria looked up and he was still staring at her with his big brown eyes and decided it was now or never to give him the letter. “Umm Zac, this is a letter I wrote for you and umm I just want to give it to you.” She handed the letter over to him. He grabbed it from her and opened it up to read it. “Oh don’t read it now!” She exclaimed trying to grab it from him. “I want to read it.” He smiled pulling it back. Dear Zac, I wanted to write you a letter and tell you thank you. Thank you for always being you and being true to yourself. Unfortunately I had the sadness of losing someone close to me and seeing your picture and your bright smile made me feel so much better. Your music has helped me cope with the loss and I want to thank you for putting out such wonderful music. I hope your music career is long and wonderful. He was truly touched by the letter and the compassion it contained. Zac looked up and saw Bria looking at the floor nervously. He reached out and lifted her face up. “Thank you Bria, this means a lot to me.” “Thank you for not laughing at the cheesiness of the letter.” She looked back down at the floor. “Bria, it wasn’t at all cheesy! It was truly touching.” He reached for her chin again and smiled. “Zac!” Isaac yelled running into the bus. “What is it Ike?” “It’s time to go on!” Ike turn the corner and saw Zac sitting with a young girl. “Who’s this?” Ike asked walking towards her. “Ike this is Bria, Bria this is Ike.” Bria smiled and shook his hand. “Oh your Micah’s girlfriend’s friend! Nice to meet you!” “You too.” “Hey Bria, do you think you could help Natalie sell merchandise? Our sister Jessica is sick with the flu and can’t help out tonight.” Isaac asked grabbing a shirt from his suit case. “Sure! I would love too!” They all headed back into the venue and out to the stage. It was swarming with girls of all ages screaming for them. “Hey Bria?” Zac asked grabbing her hand. “Yeah Zac?” She turned around the face him. “Will you stay after the show so we can talk some more?” “Of course, I’ll meet you in the back, ok?” She squeezed his hand tightly. “All right, see you then.” He squeezed her hand even tighter and headed off towards the stage. Bria headed over towards the merchandise where Natalie was crowded with people. “Hey Nat! Need some help?” Bria yelled. “Oh that would be great!” She handed Bria some dollar bills. “Are you dating Zac?” Bria heard a girl yell. She looked up and all the girls were staring at her including Natalie. “Well, as of right now he is just a friend.” She smiled looking at Natalie. Natalie smiled back and winked at her.
