Tallman was nominated for "Best Metal Album of the Year" at the 3rd Annual Canadian Independent Awards,"The Indies".
In which took place at the Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto, on feb 26th.
Up against a tough choice few. The awards went to 3 inches of Blood (which werent there to accept the award.) BUT.... When the nominees in the category were announced, the crowd went WILD when TALLMAN's Name was said. "More than a few moans were heard when 3inches of Blood were announced as the winners." But the Band & fans congraduate 3 inches of Blood for their award.
For it is a Great Accomplishment & Honor just to have been nominated. We fans are Very Proud of you guys!!
TONIGHT-Friday, Feb 28th... TALLMAN will be playing a showcase at CMW at the REVERB. This is one of TALLMAN's most important gigs to date, with many industry people in town to check them out. So Go out & show them your support. Wear your TALLMAN Gear & MAKE SOME NOISE!!!!

A friend of mine told me about TALLMAN and gave me the web page to check them out. I downloaded the tracks and within the first few seconds of listening I was hooked. I knew I loved these guys! The music just filled me and I felt the amazing touch of TALLMAN. On that day a fan for life was born! Their music is so intense, powerful, and true. You can feel their passion thru their music when you hear it. No matter which track you are listening to, you can some how, some way relate to it and feel it. What makes them even greater than their incredible musical abilities is that all the guys themselves are amazing men! Very True to their fans, music, and lives.
