Recruiting New Members

We are scouring for students from Form 1 and 2 to discover the joys of music-making with us. It is not necessary to have a background in music to be a band member. All it takes is determination, dedication and a love for music.

Practice sessions are on Fridays (11.30pm-2.00pm) and Saturdays (10am-12pm). Extra practices may be conducted as performance dates draw nearer.

We are a brass band and we also play outdoors; hence we do some marching and formation from time to time. So, if your skin is sun-intolerant; you might want to think twice about joining the school band.

On the whole, everyone should join a band once in their life. You learn a lot and it brings colour to your secondary school days. It's a lot of hard work, but the joy it brings is infinite. Mark my words, you won't regret it!
