Linus have played the 2002 Battle of the Bands at 'Secrets' in Romford, winning the first heat and drawing the second before coming a cropper in the final. They followed this up with playing the Dublin Castle in Camden, supporting Project X, and by playing the Barfly at the Monarch, Chalk Farm Road, supporting Tidalmind and MurderMile. The band decided this would be a good regular gig venue, and played there again in the second slot, the bands highest billing so far, supporting Ikon. Since then there's been much overhauling, rehearsal, song writing, new-equipment-buying, etc and Linus are ready to get into the Studio again. The next gig will probably be at (shock) the Barfly again, and we should have some decent pictures to share with you lovely people. Stay tuned... |
