The Children's Dance Theater Chicago operates from a 300 square foot building located at 11639 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago, Illinois. We utilize the facility of FieldCrest School of Performing Arts.

Founded by Donna Davenport in 1977, FieldCrest was created for the purpose of instructing children in the fine arts of dance, drama, modeling, and charm to children ages 3 years old and up.

It is an Illinois-based "S" corporation established in July 2001, specifically for the purpose of operating this business.

FieldCrest's fine arts classes fall into three main categories:
