1. Is There a Required Number of Sessions?

Most coaches provide three sessions per month and ask for a three to six month time commitment. At the end of any month either the client or the coach may terminate the engagement with sufficient written notice. Some coaches, including those at JSHCoaching, ask for a written agreement or contract. Formallizing the agreement is simply good business.

3. What is the Coaching Process?

The coaching process is personalized strategic planning.
There are only three steps you will use for any issue you deal with in coaching:

> Honestly determine where you are now.
> Creatively determine where you want or need to be.
> Courageously determine the actions that will make the difference and take those actions.
