FLORIDA!

Here are a collection of pictures that my family took on our vacation to Florida.

We drove down to Florida early Saturday  morning. (The Dahlgren's brought us along with them.) We stopped at a hotel in Nashville, TN. The following evening we arrived at our condominium/timeshare.

The pictures above were taken with the Cinderella castle in the background. The first one is just me, the second picture is Mike and I, the third one is Becky, Katie, and Christine. 

These are 2 awesome photos of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, a mild but wild ride. We didn't go on Splash Mountain because it wasn't warm and, well, cold and 'Splash' don't exactly mix.

These pictures are of the Swiss family Robinson tree house. The big picture at the bottom is a tree-top view of the park, and if you look very closely, you can see Cinderella castle and Space Mountain! We went on Space Mountain and it was a very very good ride, you can learn about it here. (it kind of unsettled my stomach because it was in the dark and very different from a normal roller coaster!)

This bear was pretty funny, he went around and made people laugh. (but he didn't talk! o-:) If you look carefully, it looks like I'm laughing with him. (or is it, AT him?)

 Here's Christine and Katie flirting with a monkey! Oops, Christine claims that the monkey was flirting with them! (I can tell)

Each night at WDW they have a fantastic firework show that we got to see. We also could hear them from the timeshare.

We went to a beach one day on the Atlantic Ocean side of Florida and it was REALLY WINDY. And then another day we went and saw my COUSINS IN TAMPA!!! That was really fun. We hung out at a beach with my cousin Dave.

Our last day at the resort some guys caught a rock snake, so we took a picture of us standing near it. The girls were a little scared. ;-)

We decided to buy some Florida fruit on our last day in Florda. Mrs. Dahlgren bought some grapefruit for Michael.
