Praetoria is a four piece unit out of Whitby concerned with playing intense music driven by atmosphere and mood. Melody, harmony, and complex yet effective song structure are prominent aspects in writing each song, while exploring numerous soundscapes through the use of band dynamics and clean vs. distorted guitar. Influenced by the power and energy of metal, Praetoria also incorprate facets of many genres of music to ultimately achieve a balanced product.
