Stephanie's 2nd Encounter
First, my parents say i wasent going to the consert. but on the day, they said yes!!! But i got there late cuz they said yes too late:(. I got there after the guyz had sang, but i still whent!!! When i got in, i couldidnt find the guyz, i when in where the stage i was looking for them. before i had made my own townsend t-shirt with TOWNSEND written in bold and the guyz names under. The kool girl sitting next to me said "so, u like townsend" and i said "yes, do u know them?" She said "yeah, they just performed!" and i was "WHAT?!?" and i whent running out side with my mom in back of me! I couldnt find them. i suddenly saw this cute guy whearing all blue and it looked like Todd! So i ran ober and todd was "I LOVE YOUR SHIRT" and i said thanx and he signed it! Then i whent over to ryan (MY GUY!) and told him to sign my shirt and this picture i had of him from the net and he sai "wow, this was when i was on vaccation" Like saying"where did u get this from?" Then they sang happy birthday to 3 little girlz, that was sweet. Then i whent to the twins, which dom was sittin cuz of his leg. Matt was talking with some girlz, and i was so surprised he was just talking and not flirting!!! But it was kool. Then i whent back to ryan and he was talking to this girl who had RYAN written on her behind. She wrote somewhere that she asked him to sign it but he refused and signed her tiegh instead! Then they left to put there stuff away and i said, they left! ANd when to see the consert inside. But as it tourned out to be, they where still there and i didnt know!!!:( But i was fun and they where great!!!

well, it was a surprise apperence. Only limited students were allowed to go. I was surprised i was selected! Some students had cameras cuz they always have cameras in school,but i didnt have one:(. some girls made signs out of school paper and pen that said they loved the guyz. In was awsome, the guyz got off stage and went to the audiense while singing.matt staided singing to me. Some girlz were rude dogh cuz they like hard rock only, but the gyz didnt seemed to bother. After the perfomance, they started giving autoghraphs(i got 2 photos and they signed both). While the were signing the started talking to u. Matt told me i should buy the cd cuz it was awsome and i would love it. nick said he like the school and would love to come back. ryan told me i had a nice smile(i love his too! he has nice lips)(i wonder how he kissensLOL:)) I gave all of the guyz a hug and the were adorable swetties!!!

Hey! I just saw your website about Matt Yoakum and Townsend! I met Matt at my friend's suprise party. He was so friendly! It was fun seeing all of them perform.
Daynah's Encounter
On June 1st (Ryans 21st Birthday) I went to the Britney concert in Oakland, CA. I had never really heard of Townsend until a little bit before the show when I met a friend of a friend who knows the guys.We went to the concert, and when my new friend saw Matt, he waved wildly and smiledat her! he was adorable. I waited in the Meet and Greet line for about 10 minutes, While we waited, Radio DIsney put on the guys CD and played some songs for us. It was so cute because they guys were singing along with themselves to the music. When the wait was over, I was talking to the guys and showing them my Britney shirt with a drawing in the back. The guys were soo sweet!
July 4th, I'm going to the Marin County Fair, where they will be. I can't wait to see them again, and hear them too.
CeeJay's Encounter
I meet Townsend at the California State Fair on August 29th. They were
opening for dream. I had never heard their music but I never a little about
them. I was handed a flyer at the July 21st Nsync concert in Oakland. They
were at the Radio Disney booth. I didnt really give them a second look until
the 29th. But I do have to admit Matt struck me right away.
I saw them perform and they were pretty good. i felt really bad because
they had someone mic problems. Afterwards I talked with Nick and Dom about
it, they were pretty embarrassed about the whole thing. So Townsend was
signing autographs after the concert so my friend and I went to stand in
line. At first the lady in front of us was like "They aren't letting anyone
else in line." So we walked away mad, but came back like 5 minutes later and
the same lady said it was OK now. So we waited for about 20 minutes to see
the guys, the line was going so slow because they were talking to everyone.
I couldn't wait to see Matt. I just couldn't stop staring at Matt, he is so
beautiful. His smile and his eyes struck me immediately. When we finally
got up there I was SO nervous, ryan was first. He askes me what my name was
and then signed a picture for me. It was great because I actully got to talk
with the guys individually, personally. When I got up to Matt was determined
to get a hug from him. I told him that they were really good and he asked me
how my summer has been. Then I just couldnt hold it in...I ASKED HIM FOR A
HUG.....HE SAID "OF COURSE!" Gosh I was so happy. I couldn't believe it.
After Matt was Nick and Dom, they are really funny guys. I think Dom said
something to me about having to go pee really bad and I told him that I had
to also during the whole concert. We laughed for a little bit and then I
said how bad I felt for them about their techinical difficulties. He was
like Oh It's Ok with that frusterated look....and then I said Well no its not
because you guys were trying to perform. They shaked my hand and gave me a
big smile. =)
I know Townsend isnt really that big right now, but with the way they
treated me and how kind they were I hope they make it big. Thanks!

*the first time i met matt*:
the first time i met matt was at the 98 degrees concert i didn't talk to him much b4 cept just a couple times on aim so i didn't know wut to expect. so while the posse and i were in the car i keep on telling my dad to like park so we can get out and he's like noooo wait. . and i stick my head out the window and i see dom's head and a lil of matt and im like they look sooo familar!!! and then i realize its townsend cuz im just stupid lol but i yell at my dad to stop and he's so surprised so he like stops and i run out and i see them and im like hey guys and then they introduce me to matt and i give him flowers cuz i brought some for all of the guys and he was really cool and like he was just really cool like he seemed like such a perfect addition to townsend. . he was really nice too and funny. god bless that boy. like if i were him id be totally scared of all the ppl but he seemed to have it under control lol
