Training Choir The Gallatin Children's Choir Training Choir is now open to new members for Spring 2003. If your child loves to sing come check us out! The Training Choir is open to boys
and girls in the 3rd and 4th grades who want to sing and
learn about using their voice. The
group will meet on Mondays from 5:15 – 6:00 p.m. in the choir room of the
First United Methodist Church in Gallatin. We will practice correct
posture and breathing for singing as we learn many songs and rounds.
We will focus on singing in tune and correct use of the voice.
You can think of this as a group voice lesson. From the Training Choir we
hope to find singers who will be ready for the Gallatin Children’s Choir next
year. This is a year for your child
to discover if he/she loves to sing and would be interested in the GCC.
We want this to be an enjoyable year for your child as we enjoy singing
together.
The cost for the Training
Choir for Spring 2003 is $35, payable at the first lesson. Please make checks payable to the Gallatin Arts Council.
Information about performances will
be given later.
