Chapter 16- The Last Chapter
~*Taylor’s Point Of View*~
I woke up the next morning around 10:00am. Amanda was still in my arms. We fell asleep in the guest bedroom after talking for several hours. We were both still in our clothes from last night. I gazed at her for a few more minutes before finally getting up. I decided to go downstairs and change out of my clothes.
~*Manda’s Point Of View*~
Mmm, I could smell the sweet smell of pancakes in the room. I opened my eyes and saw Taylor standing over me.
" Good morning." I said yawning and stretching my arms.
"Morning. I made you breakfast." He said while producing a tray from the table near the sliding glass doors.
" It smells wonderful." He fed me a bite of the pancakes.
" They taste wonderful too, see." I said feeding him bite. He nodded in agreement. He got up room the bed and went to turn the stereo on. ‘Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing’ by Aerosmith was playing.
" Ohh... I love this song."
" Me too." He said coming back over to sit down on my bed. We continued to eat my breakfast, feeding eachother, and listening to the stereo. We finished breakfast and Taylor got up to go put a CD in the stereo. I heard the opening piano chords to what sounded like a beautiful song.
" I wrote this song for you a couple of months ago. I got Isaac and Zac to help me record it out it the garage. I’ll play it for you later if you want me to." Taylor said taking my hand and helping me out of bed. He put his arms around my waist and we began to sway to the beautiful song. Taylor sang the words to me, holding me in his warm embrace.

The song finished and I was in tears at the beauty of the song.
" That was so beautiful Taylor. I would love to hear you play it sometime. I think that’s the best song that you’ve ver written."
" Thank You, I meant every word of it." He said wiping my tears. There were no words to describe what I was feeling. I was truly, madly, deeply, in love with my best friend. The only thing I could think of was kissing him. So that’s exactly what I did. I kissed him with every emotion in my body.
~*Taylor’s Point Of View*~
We kissed for what seemed like hours but in reality were only minutes.
" Amanda?" I asked out of breath when we broke apart.
" Yeah."
" Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes, on one condition."
" What?"
" That you’ll be my boyfriend." I laughed lightly and just kissed her in response.
" So that’s a yes then?" I kissed once more and then gave her an answer.
" That’s a hell yes." She smiled and we stood there holding eachother in eachother’s arms kissing. Life was perfect.
