Steve Stritton started DJing in January 1997 as a hobby. Steve's first taste of pirate radio came in November the same year, when he took up the offer of a weekly show on Essex pirate Indulgence fm, which he maintained for almost a year.

Steve joined Erotic in September 1998 and until recently also played on Essex pirate Klass fm.  In March 1999 Steve Stritton teamed up with Scott Riches and DJ NJ to promote the 'Essential Grooves' events held at the Celler Bar, RM1 and 'Sweet Sensations' under 18s event held at 'The Nite Club', Shannon Centre.
