Steve Courtney has been a DJ for 15 years, originally playing Dance, Soul and Rare Grooves.  His radio career began on the 16th August 1989 on a Local community based pirate radio station where he was playing what is now classed as "Old Skool" under the DJ name of "Manic".  After short stints on CLR, Index fm and Dance fm Steve finally settled on Eruption fm (Then broadcasting on 101.3) in 1993 playing hardcore/Drum & Bass.  Also during this time Steve laid claim to a residency at Labrynth to last the next 3 years (1993 to Late 1995) as well as bookings for Desire, Universal Dance, Hardcore Explosion, Sound Clash, Moondance and 10 years of Dance.  When Eruption stopped broadcasting in 1997, Steve switched to UK Garage and joined Erotic fm at the start in September the same year, and is the longest running member of the Erotic Family.  Over the last 3 years, it has been common place to see Steve Courtney on flyers and posters for events such as, One Night Stand, Exposure, Juicey, Ticklelicious, Bliss, Underground Explosion, Emotions, Cum taste the honey and Karisma.  Steve Courtney is currently resident DJ at Juicey and plays guest slots at many major clubs and events across London and the South East.
