Hof ter Loo ( 16 november 2000)
I couldn't sleep all night before, I was sooo excited :)) I was finally going to see them live aaaahhh!!! I got to the station right on time, got a great seat by th window ( easily cause the train was almost empty :)) But there were these chinese women and they were eating oranges soooo digusting!!! they were making all these noises, yuk I almost got sick :))
But then I got to Antwerp, and they had no clue where Hof Ter Lo was, "sorry young lady, but i don't think that's in Antwerp" GREAT!!!Luckily I found this women who knew what I was talking about, it wasn't that far :))
I got there at about 1600 but I wasn't the earliest one there, some girls had been there since 9 am!!! they were really nice :)) We talked and talked. At about 1800 Ankie and Alissa arrived I had met them at the HIM forum so we started talking too and what about, hmmm, guess :))
Then Finally they arrived, Ville wasn't with the band because...he was il, aaaaaaaahhhhh!! Panic attack nr.1!!! But he was still gonna come. The band was very relaxed, we didn't grab them or anything so they were really friendly. I took a quick picture of Jussi and then i asked Linde to smile and he said "Sure" he's so nice :)) then I asked if he felt nervous at all for tonight, he told me Ville was ill so he was a bit worried, so that kinda sucked :( Mige was gone to soon for me to take a picture and Gaz, well I didn't even see the guy and he's kinde hard to miss.
We all went back to the doors and waited and waited...FINALLY the doors opened, everyone was going so slowely but Ankie, Alissa , Anais and Sofie, we rushed to the stage, so we got the best places, right in front of the mic :)))))) First there was this really silly band, I didn't like them at all, but I took a picture anyway, just to remember how they sucked :))
Then they came, it was like I wasn't even really there...Very strange experience, i just couldn't stop smiling. Ville was clearly very ill, he kept on leaning into the mic and he hardly said anything. In Gone with the sin his voice kinda snapped a bit...poor guy, I felt so sorry for him. He looked very white aswell.
And then it happened...He went over to Mige and whispered something in his ear, shaking his head a bit. Mige looked at him and gave him a hug and a kiss, soooo cute :)) And Ville left the stage, I actually thought he was on a break or something, but it was over...The band kept on playing for a while so that was really great, but still...I was kinda dissappointed, it was over sooo soon :(
But the experience was really great!!! They're even better live!!!
Unfortunately my mother picked me up so I didn't have the chance to meet them after the concert, but Alissa and Ankie did, so if they ever wanna share...
