Everyone is mostly sleeping except for Diana, Walker, and of course Zoe. Later on in Zac's hotel room he is having a nightmare about the day Lucy's death and wakes up and automaticely to call his bestfriend..
ring.....ring....ring.....ring....ring.....ring.....ring....rin...
A tried voice answers. "Hello?"
Zac crying answers. "Sheena? (sniff sniff) I had a flashback of Lucy's death... why did I have to listen to her and pull her oxgen wire? I killed her! I loved her so much and I killed her it's all my fault if I hadn't done it she would still be here."
A half awake Sheena asks"Zac? What are you doing calling me at this hour? Oh wait a minute your crying and you just said something to me...you had that dream or as you call it a 'flashback'of when Lucy died right?"
Still crying he saids"Yea..."
"It's not your fault she asked you to do she was miserable being sick and deep down you knew it was the right thing to do, because you loved her so much am I right?!"
"I guess so...."
"Now come on Zac cheer up its been about a year now its ok ."
"But it sounds exactly like the song I wrote about her only in the song she was still alive and right now she's not..."
"Well I don't know what to say except to get some sleep and call me at noon or when you get up ok?!"
"I don't want to go to sleep by myself right now."
"Well where's Marion?" she said in a saracastic tone.
"She's at a different hotel."
"Um...what about Bon?"
"With Taylor where else and he would never let her comfort me,because he gets all jealous just cuz I went out with her last year he thinks I'm going to steal her away from him or something."
"Well call her on the phone Taylor gave her then."
"Ok I'll do that.. thanks Sheena..."
"Any time Zac!"
"Peace."
"Bye."
Zac hangs up with Sheena and slowly starts to dial Bonnie's number.
ring.....ring.....ring....ring....ring....ring.....r...
Another tried voice answers the phone. "Hello?....I don't want any go away you damn sales person!"
A confused Zac answers. "Bonnie? It's me." In a low voice.
She doesn't hear him and doesn't relize she's on the phone and then saids "What rhe hell in on my ass? Oh it's Taylor's hand...why the hell is he always putting his hand on my ass? And its not even a big ass!"
Zac speaks up a little louder."Bonnie it's me!"
"Zac? Where are you? I can hear you but I can't see you!"
"What are you on? I just called you on the phone!"
"Oh well that explains what was in my hand...don't mind me I'm half asleep!" she pauses looks at her clock then asks "What do you want from me at 3:30 in the morning?"
"Can you come to my room for a little bit and talk with me I had a flashback of Lucy's death and I really want some company and I know you care so can you?!"
"Um...yeah...sure...is Tay wearing my underwear?! Oh sorry..um...let me get dressed and I'll be right over."
"Ok see ya then!"
"Bye now!"
Bonnie gets dressed writes a note to Taylor so he won't get worried and heads to Zac's room. She opens the door to see Zac crying his eyes out. She goes up to him and starts talking to him.
"What's wrong?"
"I killed the girl I loved so much and I miss her so bad I wish I could see her one more time and say I'm sorry..."
"You didn't kill her and everyone knows that exspecially Lucy."
"I know but I feel so bad...there must have been another way to save her ..."
Bonnie gives him a hug."Don't worry...she's happier now,because she knows you loved her so much to do that for her and..."
And before she finishes she looks down to see a sound asleep Zac lightly hugging her. She lightly puts him on the end of his bed and holds his hand while going to sleep curled up beside him. Before the night is over Zac has one final dream about Lucy...
"Zac please pull the plug! Please I don't want to live like this!" Lucy saids.
Zac crying extremely hard replies "NO! I'm not going to do it! I can't and I won't Lucy!"He yells.
"Zac please do it for me! Don't let me live sick like this pull the damn plug ZAC!"
"No! I'm not listening! You'll get better I swear! I have lots of money and I'll get you all the doctors and medicine you need! I know your poor but I can take care of you!" Zac screams.
"No Zac...." she starts to cry. "I don't want to live all my life taking medication! I don't want to suffer like that!"
Zac puts his hand on top of hers and sqeezes it tight.
"I'm not letting you go....I can't let you go and I won't."
Lucy looks in to Zac's eyes with pain and saids. "You got to Zac look how much pain I'm in and you know I will never get better this is an extremely rare illness! I'm the only one that as ever had it in Oklahoma! No one knows how to cure it at all! So they will keep giving me shots and pills until I'm old and winkly! And deep down you know that Zac! I know you know it me and you have never been apart since birth! Become really good friends with Sheena she will understand your pain trust me...now please pull the plug...."
Zac slowly reaches for the wire that is hooked to her oxgen tank and before he pulls it he kisses her for 3 minutes. Lucy looks at him with tears wealing up in her eyes and saids.
"I love you, Zac...."
Zac still crying saids "I love you too, Lucy...."
Zac then pulls the cord and before she dies she saids.
"Goodbye Zac....I'll...always...be...wi...th....you...."
Zac then pushes the nurses button and runs out in the hall yelling at everyone to save her. Taylor then grabs his brother and hugs him tight telling him it will be ok and starts to cry, too... The doctor then come out to the waiting room and pronouces she dead. Zac then asks the doctor if he could see her one more time and he agrees. Zac walks in to room they were now keeping her and kisses her once again hoping for a response and he doesn't get one and he starts yelling at her to wake up and not to do this to him. A nurse then comes in and tells Zac he has to leave. But before the dream is over he gets a visit from Lucy and he sits in a white room when she comes up behind him.
"Hi Zac."
He turns around in shock. "Lucy your back?"
He runs up to her and starts hugging and kissing her.
"Zac....stop please...."
"Lucy I am so sorry for killing you I didn't mean it!"
"I know, Zac you only did what I asked thank you so much..."
"I miss you so much! Why did you make me pull that plug?"
"Because it was my time to go and I wanted you to do it instead of me dieing on a operating table and never getting to say goodbye to you. I know I was being selfish and I'm sorry for that..."
"I wanted to see you one more time and now that I am I don't want to because I know I'll never see you again."
"Zac I wanted to tell you not to forget me but to find other love besides me I'm never coming back and you have got to face that!"
"Who am I suppose to love? I love you! I don't want to love anyone else they will go away just like you did!" "Zac I know its hard but there is a girl that you know and she loves you deeply and I know you love her but you don't want to admit to it!"
Zac stands there looking in her eyes.
"When you wake up she will be there in your room because she cares and loves you! I'm going to go now Zac and don't worry I'll visit you in your dreams so you don't worry about me."
Zac then wakes up to see Sheena sitting at the end of his bed.
"How did you get here?" Zac asks.
"Bon flew me over this morning because she was worried about you and she thought I might be able to help you out more."
"Oh ok..where is she now?"
"Where else? With Tay course but she's sleeping." She saids with a smile.
"Ok..."
"So Zac we got to get your mind off Lucy for awhile...I know how 'bout we go to laser tag or go roller blading?!"
"Laser Tag...."
"Ok let's get Isaac and Ginger to come along!"
"Ok..."
"Cool you wait her and I'll go find them!"
"Ok...."
Sheena then leaves the room and Zac is left with one finally thought.
"Lucy....did you mean Sheena?"
Sheena comes back with Isaac and Ginger and they all go to play laser tag. They don't come back till 6:55PM and Sheena asks to stay for a couple of concerts and Diana, Walker, and her parents agree to it.
