And
Now A Word…from Brandon
"Jayson" Ulman |
|
|
Janet
"Ms. Jackson if You're Nasty" (or, maybe, Mrs.
Dupri soon?) takes the top spot on both charts this week as I score an early
copy of Damita Jo and
"Just A Little While" finally dominates its singles
competiton. Meanwhile, arriving at a
rather high No. 18 is Alanis Morissette, with her brand spankin'-new single, "Everything,"
from the forthcoming So-Called Chaos, which hits stores in May.
As well, it's interesting to note the speedy ascension of Michael Andrews Featuring Gary Jules'
remake of Tears For Fears'
"Mad World." In two weeks,
it has moved 44-20, looking to become a Top Ten hit soon. And that's it for this week. No earth-shattering revelations or
anything. But...were you really
expecting any? ++++++ |

Quote of the week: "You
see everything / You see every part / You see all my light / And you love my
dark." -- A sample of the sweet chorus from
Alanis Morissette's "Everything." Aw. |
