CAMDEN, NJ ~ 8/23/01

We got to the venue a little after 2:00 and we walked over to where the fenced in area was that the buses park in. There were 2 other cool people there from Florida.. so we talked to them for awhile.. then somewhere between 2:30 and 3:00 the guy from florida is like.. PAUL! hey Paul!! and he's like.. hey.. he's coming over!!! so it was massive panic as we all tried to find our pens and cameras... Pauly came out and he looked sooooo cute! We all said hi and the 2 people from Florida got pictures and autographs.. then i asked Paul if i could get a picture with him and he was like.. sure! And i told him that I loved his hair.. and he said thanks. LOL.. so I got my picture taken with paul.. and then it was krissy's turn and i was shaking so bad i couldn't even hold her camera.. I hope her picture doesn't come out all blurry cuz i will feel so bad! Paul probably thought i was such a dork! LOL. So then me and krissy got autographs and Paul went inside and I cried some tears of joy and so did krissy and then we both had to get on our phones and call everyone to tell them. Soon after that more people started showing up.. so we talked to all our matchbox friends.. and made some new ones.. and then we got our fanclub tickets.. we got row 8.. center.. which wasn't toooooo bad.. but oh well.. then we took our shite back to the car and then we went inside. The venue has an outdoor area where they sell food so we sat out there for awhile and listened to people doing kareoki and then we saw Peter Stuwart on the side stage.. We went inside and 7 mary 3 came on and when they were finished i caught a guitar pic from the lead singer. It's black and has a white 7M3 on it. Then Train came on and they were great again. Then matchbox came on and I wish so much that they would not sell alcohol at music events becuz me and krissy got stuck sitting between Billy Bob Beer drinker and the space cadets. It was horrible! but we put up with it becuz we love matchbox twenty. LOL. The guys did great and at the end of the show...Krissy held up a sign asking paul for a drumstick and he looked at her and threw it in her direction.. but it landed in the row behind her but the girl that got it gave it to her! and krissy burst into tears and hugged the girl and thanked her and then i hugged krissy and was crying cuz i was so happy for her! It was an awesome nite and we found the bridge!! lol. Left at mcdonald's! LOL don't ask..
