Ja Rule is ready to release the follow-up to his platinum 1999 debut album, Venni, Vetti Vecci. The new LP is titled Rule 3:36 and features guest appearances by his Murderers family, Jayo Felony, and Lil' Mo. 24-year-old Ja Rule, who hails from New York City, recorded3:36 entirely in Los Angeles to give the album "a more universal feeling," according to his record label, Def Jam. Producers on the album include Murderers exec Irv Gotti, in addition to Lil Rob, Self, Dat Nigga Reb, Ty Fytte, and Lil Rob. The LP's first single, "Between Me & You," has already taken over radio airwaves.
