(Melody’s POV)
I was thrilled to be helping them plan their wedding. It was so amazing to be in their presence and I hoped one day I would also find that love. Leigh and I instantly bonded, we tried our best to include Brian in our wedding-related conversation. I was so happy to help. I led them to a near by orchard and we discussed flowers and fruits to have. I was nominated to host the bacholerette party and Brian promised to have me included in the planning of his bachelor party. I felt such a wave of contentness. I had loast track of time and reality, meaning I also lost track of Harmony. I figured she could take care of herself but I was worried considering here I was in the middle of an orchard in the middle of the night. If I could do that, where would she be. I gave up my mind search by finally calling AJ on Brian’s cell phone. She was with him and safe. I called our father and asked if Harmony and I could stay the night in Orlando, he reluctantly agreed because if we were to drive home so late it could be dangerous. Daddy was also so paranoid. Leigh went to go get a midnight snack for us all, we reunited in the living room.
“I guess she can help me plan the bachelor party but it is my job. I am letting her help.” Nick commented. I smiled and Brian laughed at Nick. I found the recording studio and was given permission to play around. Harmony and I were in heaven. The guys considered us a little to happy but music was our life and we have been craving to perform and share that with people for the longest time. The guys agreed to record one song and put it on tape for us. We appreciated it more than I think they understood. We choose to do Total Eclipse of the Heart since Harmony knew the piano part and I knew the drum part. The guys were amazed by the fact we didn’t need any help. Nick was very interested in the fact I could also play the drums. Somehow I was left alone in the room and I didn’t want to leave. Brian came in to get me because everyone else what hitting the sack.
“Melody, I am not letting you sleep in my recording room.” Brian said.
“I don’t want to leave.” I whined. My sorrow was overly dramatic but I was a performer that is what I did everyday. I craved to be on stage so much. Being here was just like proving it would happen. He crouched down and sat beside me on the floor of the soundproof room.
“Do you want to talk about it?” he offered. I met his gaze and screamed. He was a little taken a back.
“That was interesting.” He commented.
“ I just wanted to let that out, I live everyday trying my best to have fun and be around music as much as possible. Here I feel so at home, you can’t make me leave. ”I said.
“I promise you as soon as you can I’ll help you get a record deal all right, but first you have to get out of my recording studio.”
“Brian come on let me sleep here…”I begged.
“No” He said bluntly. He then picked me up and carried me out to a guest room.
“But it is a strange house, I won’t be able to sleep.” I said.
“ I’m sorry.” He said smiling.
“Stay and talk to me.” I begged.
“For awhile.” He gave in. We laid on the wanna be bed and talked all night. I felt like we had established some form of friendship and it was nice knowing all his feelings about life, love, and music. (Brian’s POV) last night was an amazing experience. Melody and I were both so in love with music and it was refreshing to talk with someone else so involved. I don’t know exactly what her feelings are about last night but I feel that a strong friendship was developing. She had to go that morning and I noticed AJ reluctantly parting with Harmony after a “more than friends” kiss. I wouldn’t mind a romance budding between them expetially since Harmony and Melody are sisters and it would give them more time with us and me more time with Mel w/o wedding stuff. We also hugged and said goodbye and I thanked her for our night 2gether. Email Hannah: Bonesbabygirl@hotmail.com
