"Morning, guys!" Eric's voice chimed like a high pitched bird.
"Shuttup... We're not awake..." Justin mumbled as we boarded the tour bus.
I tried to open my eyes wide enough to see who was conscious, and who was a still a zombie in the dark morning. I smiled at Eric's and Lance's figures, huddled in a booth. Lance was dead asleep, laying against Eric as a pillow. His headfull of spiky blond hair served as Eric's headrest. Across from them, his head face down on the table, was Joey. An apple lay loosely in his hand, which had obviously not made it to his mouth in time.
Next to Joey, was a lifeless Brian. His head was propped up against the window, a floppy boater's hat hung over his eyes, and his mouth gaped open.
Justin must have forced his eyes open as well, saying sleepily, "Rok's stayin' with us?"
"Yeah. He's gonna be with us until Lexington. Then he's gonna visit family for a while," I informed Justin, as we made our way to our bunk.
"Cool. So he's doing ok? I mean, at least... better?" Justin threw the curtain to our bunk back, and hopped in.
"I think so... Well, I hope so. He hasn't shown otherwise," I said, as Justin pulled me into the bunk.
"Well, this should be fun. Brian's gonna be around a while...Mary Beth's got a few more days with us... Sounds like a party to me," Justin said as he yawned loudly, scratching his crop of curls.
"WHAT THE FUCK?!" JC and Chris's voices boomed from a nearby bunk, followed by a very loud *THUD*.
Pushing back our bunk's curtain, Justin and I saw a very disallusioned Chris laying on the floor below us.
From their bunk across from ours, JC and Mary Beth were staring at Chris with looks of confusion and horror on their faces. JC, rather obviously caught off guard, pulled fratically at their sheets, pulling them up higher behind him, covering Mary Beth.
"Dude, I'm so sorry... I was half asleep... I didn't see anything, I swear..." Chris rubbed his eyes, struggling to regain composure.
"Yeah, no shit, you were half asleep! What the hell were you doing?" JC said loudly.
Justin and I looked at each other, trying to to laugh at the odd scene playing out in front of us.
"I forgot we switched bunks since Mary Beth's here, man. Shit. I'm really, REALLY sorry, guys," Chris pulled himself to his feet, groggily.
Mary Beth's head peeked out from behind JC's bare shoulders, and looked across at me, giggling.
"Well, damn. Just try to be SLIGHTLY awake when you decide to hop into our bunk!" JC said, finally smiling about Chris's mistake, and noticing that they had an audience.
"Caught red-handed, huh bro?" Justin laughed.
"Yeah, yeah... It'll happen to y'all too, just watch," JC laughed back, sighing.
Chris walked down the narrow hallway, shaking his head, and finally crawled into his bunk.
"Sleep tight, guys..." I smirked at them, pulling our curtain closed.
I turned, wrapping my arms around Justin, who in turn encaptured me. Pecking me softly, we heard distant giggles from Mary Beth and JC, and smiled.
"Think we'll ever get any sleep with those horny kids around?" Justin chuckled, nuzzling my nose with his.
"Hey, you said it was a party, not me..." I smiled, kissing him back.
~*~2 days later, Pittsburgh~*~
"Jesus Christ, that kicked ass," JC stated, opening the door to his and Mary Beth's hotel room.
"Yeah... talk about a crowd!" Chris wiped his sweaty forehead.
"So're we goin' out tonight?" Brian asked.
"CLUB! CLUB! CLUB!" Joey, Lance, and Eric chanted, stopping the rest of us from entering our rooms.
"Whoa... sorry I asked," laughed Brian.
"Uh-uh guys... That was WAY too tiring," Chris waved his hands, shaking his head in protest.
"Yeah, there's no way I'm partying tonight," JC insisted, slipping an arm around Mary Beth and leaning against their door.
"Aw... come on. Mary Beth?" Lance questioned.
"Sorry sweetie... I'm with Josh this time," she smiled.
"Shelly, Just-" Joey began, but before he could attack us, Justin swung our door open, guiding me inside first.
"No can do, Joe... she needs her beauty sleep," Justin grinned, shutting the door in Joey's face.
"FINE!" three pouty voices shouted through the door.
Justin moved further into the hotel room, as I listened through the door to the continuing conversation.
"Ok, guys... Just chill," JC said, laughing.
"How 'bout we just stay in and watch a scary movie or somethin'. I mean, we're here one more night. We can go out after the show tomorrow, ok?" JC waited for responses.
"I'm in," Brian said.
"Just give me a few minutes to change, sure," Chris said, and I heard him open his room's door.
"Yeah, I'll order in some food," Mary Beth said.
"Well... ok," I heard Eric's voice, and then a pause.
"What? Come on babe, it'll be fun," Eric said, obviously trying to convince Lance to join them.
"Pleeeeeease? For me?"
I heard a universal "Awwwww" and Lance agreed to the plan. I smiled, and turned away from the door, glancing at Justin, who had overheard the plans as well. Mouthing the word "No" with a child-like frown on his face, I giggled, and peeked my head out of our door.
"We'll be there in 10 minutes, guys," I told the group, ducking back inside.
"Man..." Justin turned and began to dig through his bags for clean clothes to put on.
"Oh, don't be such a party pooper, baby," I wrapped by arms around him from behind, as he pulled on a fresh wife beater.
He turned around, wrapping his arms around me, and kissing me on the nose. "Fine... But I'm only going 'cause you're sexy when your scared," Justin grinned, and leaned down to kiss me.
"Ok, ok, ok..." I laughed as Justin refused to stop his assault on my lips.
"Finish getting ready, boy..." I finally escaped his embrace, giggling.
Ridding myself of my clothes, I threw on a loose fitting tank top. Justin picked up a pair of pajama pants, which I stole from his grasp.
"Ooh, thank you," I laughed.
"These look comfy." Justin smirked, picking up another pair of p.j. pants, and slipping them on. We looked at each other, now wearing almost identical outfits.
I laughed, "Hey, we're twins."
"More like siamese twins..." Justin said, walking towards me.
"Why?" I asked, confused.
"Cuz we're joined at the hip, girl..." Justin tugged the drawstring of my pants, leading me to him, and pressing our pelvises together. Justin lifted my chin up, kissing me, and then began to kiss down my neck.
"Justin... we gotta go. Come on, stop," I said, walking us towards the door.
Justin groaned loudly, pulling away and frowning. I smiled and put my hands on his cheeks, making him smile.
"You'll have fun... I promise," I said opening the door.
"I WAS having fun," Justin said like a 4 year old who just had their favorite toy taken away, but when I looked at him he was smiling.
Justin knocked on Mary Beth's and JC's door, and shortly after, Joey opened the door. "Hey. We're all here."
We walked inside, where everyone had assumed their positions to watch the movie. Lance and Eric were on the bed, laying back against the pillows, cuddling. Mary Beth and JC smiled at me from their place on the couch, where they were sipping on Cokes and had a plate of nachos in front of them. JC was laying back against the arm rest, and Mary Beth was sitting in between JC's legs, one arm wrapped around her slim waist. Chris sat at the other end of the couch, crumpling a bag of chips in his hands. Brian sat cross-legged in the huge arm chair, which was diagonally positioned from the couch, and had a bowl of popcorn in his hands.
"Hey guys," he said, with a mouthfull of buttery goodness, and passes the bowl onto Chris.
"Hey, man," Justin called back, laughing.
I waved and gave him a smile. Joey picked up a huge burger and a Coke, and sprawled out in front of the bed.
We crawled over Joey, and plopped down in front of the couch. JC pressed play on the remote, and the movie began to roll. Justin reached around me, pulling me against him, grabbing a pillow off of the couch. Both of us hugging the pillow, I burrowed into Justin's welcoming arms as the chilling music began to blare from the TV.
~*~3 AM~*~
"Damn, that sucked..." Joey burped out, standing up and walking to the bathroom.
"Are you kidding?! That rocked, man!" Justin hooted with one arm in the air, nearly knocking me over from his side. JC slid out from under a sound asleep Mary Beth, turning off the TV.
"How the hell can you say that was good?" Joey yelled from the half-way in the bathroom, "There wasn't even--"
"Shhhhhh... Guys, shut up..." JC silenced the rowdy arguers.
"Looks like me and MB are kicked out of our own bed tonight," JC said, gesturing over to the bed.
Joey peeked his head out of the bathroom, while the rest of us turned our heads. A sigh washed over the room as we all saw Eric and Lance, wrapped in each other's arms, and sleeping like angels.
"Awwww... makes you wanna puke doesn't it?"
Chris laughed. "Shuttup! They're adorable!" I smiled, standing to my feet. Justin stood as well, wrapping his arms around me from behind, and resting his chin on my shoulder.
"They're so in love..." he whispered, loud enough for everyone to hear.
"Dammit... I need play," Joey shut the door to the bathroom, sending a wave of laughter throughout the room.
"Poor Joe," JC laughed, throwing away some food, and settling back into the couch with Mary Beth, who was breathing in and out softly.
Chris got up from the couch, rolling his eyes, "Please... Poor Joe?" Brian stood up next, brushing the stray popcorn from his lap, "More like poor EVERYONE except y'all..." he laughed. Looking from the cuddly JC and Mary Beth, to the sleeping Lance and Eric, and finally to Justin, wrapped around me, I saw that they had a point.
Joey opened the bathroom door, walking out. "Well, I'm bushed. 'Night guys," he said, waving towards all of us, and picking up his sweatshirt from the floor.
"A'ight... See ya bright and early, Joe," Justin called to him, releasing me from his grasp, and stretching.
"Hey, wait up, man... I'm leaving too," Chris jogged to the door. "Thanks for the food and dumbass movie," Chris joked, closing the door behind him.
"No problem," JC said, closing his eyes, tiredly.
"Hey, man... Thanks a lot," Brian slapped hands with a half-alive JC, and walked towards Justin and I.
"See y'all tomorrow?" Brian raised an eyebrow to me, smiling.
"Yep," I captured him in a tight embrace.
"Thanks, Shell..." he pulled back, looking me in the eye, "...For everything you've done for me since I came to visit... well, more like to get away from my life for a while..."
"Don't even think about it... you know I love you, Bri," I playfully pushed his shoulder, smiling.
"'Night..." he kissed my cheek quickly, and gave a wave to Justin, "See ya Just," he called, walking out.
I looked over at the couch, where JC lay, now just as sound asleep as Mary Beth, one arm wrapped around her, one arm dangling off the side of the couch. Justin walked over to them, picking JC's arm up from its place on the floor, and spreading a blanket over them.
"Let's go..." he sighed, smiling, and wrapping an arm around me. I looked at Justin, who stared back at me, both of us thinking the same thing.
"It's gonna be really hard for the next few months," I said.
He glanced back at the couch. Mary Beth had adjusted to JC's presense, turning on her side, and curling up against his chest for her pillow.
JC's arms stretched the full length of her back, enclosing her warmly as their stomachs rose and fell in time with each other.
"He's not gonna be able to live with out that girl..." Justin said softly, turning away and closing the door behind us. "I know..."
