-Check out stage areas for set-up ideas.  A diagram of your setup on the back of form would help us.
-All artists must be set-up on stage before the show starts.

A $20.00 deposit fee will be required to ensure performance. If the artist(s) fails to show-up for their performance or fails to execute a legitimate performance, the deposit will be forfeited.
