Method of Payment for lessons(please note the different levels of band):
Junior & Intermediate Band (1st and 2nd year - grades 4,5,6) $420 (discount if done this way for 10 month year) for the year ________________________
Two Cheques of $225 (or $45 per month) __________
Senior Band ( 3rd & 4th year - grades 7 & 8)
One Cheque of $480 (discount if done this way for the 10 month year) or $50 per month _____________
Adult/Youth Band $525 for the year (discount if done this way, based on 12 months) _________________
(or two cheques of $225 or monthly cheques of $45)
Cheques paid at registration - these can be post-dated to start September 2006. Please make cheques out to Dianne Clark. Payment must be made before Band Rehearsals start. (Payment in cash also accepted)
PLEASE NOTE NO MONEY IS REFUNDED ONCE BAND LESSONS BEGIN.
