CIRCUS OF POWER MARC FRAPPIER Finally got some some photos and info on C.O.P.'s Marc Frappier. Thanks to Roz for hooking me up. For those of you who don't know, Marc took over for Zowie and is on 1993's Magic & Madness. I talked to Marc on the phone and he is a down to earth, belly up to the bar and let's shoot the shit type of guy. That's the common thread with the Circus, their just good people.
