Saint Patrick was a Christian Missionary to Ireland!
He is a real example of a Christian missionary for us to follow.
Let's take from St. Patrick his zeal and desire to share the love of Jesus Christ
with others and let it challenge us to do likewise. Let others see the difference
that Jesus can make in their lives.
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give
an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the
hope that is in you with meekness and fear:"

Ireland is rich in literature that
understands a soul's yearnings,
and dancing that understands a happy heart.
Green is associated with Saint Patrick's Day because
it is the color of spring, Ireland, and the shamrock.
