December 8, 2001-All Things Must Pass (A Beatles Tribute)

These shots are from Penny Lane coffeehouse in Evansville, IN where I was able to perform with my dear old friend Billy Farmer in a Beatles Tribute show to honor the passing of George Harrison, as well as the anniversary of the death of John Lennon. It was a real switch from my usual BIG PRODUCTION mentality as it was just Billy, myself, a guitar and a tambourine. There wasn't even any effect on my voice. WOW. We performed "Ticket To Ride" and "Love Me Do" in which Billy played guitar and harmonica simultaneously. I don't think I could ever get that down.
