INSTANT HOT SPINACH DIP

1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 4-ounce jar pimentos (diced)
1/4 cup milk
Microwave spinach on high power 7 to 9 minutes and press out liquid.
Add cream cheese and stir to melt.
Add drained pimiento and stir in milk.
Cover and cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir.
Yield: 30 servings
