PUMPKIN BUTTER

    16   ozs solid pack pumpkin
   2/3   C firmly packed brown sugar
   1/4   C honey
     1   T fresh lemon juice
   1/4   tsp cinnamon
   1/8   tsp ground cloves


Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat, simmer 20 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

To store: Keep in the refrigerator several weeks or freeze for several months.
Serving Ideas: Use in place of peanut butter *remember- No nuts on HS*
