basically this is just randomly recorded radio static/broadcast. it was free though, so i wrote in to vok and asked for a copy, cos i love everything that is free [a couple days later i signed up for a free four tape prayer ministry thing, and i'm an atheist]. vokA warned me that it was mainly conceptual, but that certainly wasn't going to sway me. anyway, its very relaxing to listen to when you're really sleepy, and the sleeve has a great statement in regards to why they did it [i forget what it exactly is, though], but you could basically do the same thing at your house. detune your own radio and save vok the cost of postage, or buy some of their other fine audio works.
