Our new Portuguese Puppy: RUIThis little puppy of unknown breed (who can tell me what it most likely is?) came into our lives on the 2nd of November 2002, at the age of approx. 3 months old. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law brought it from Portugal for my other brother-in-law, who decided he couldn't properly take care of it. I fell in love with him the moment I saw him, and decided to take it home with me and see the reaction of my daughter Irene. She had the same reaction as I had...so little Rui will stay with us. My daughter decided to adopt him for herself and picked the name Rui (the meaning is: Prince), because it is a Portuguese name and it is short and sounds good. After a couple of hours Rui already listened to his name... We just hope Cody and Rui will be friends when Rui grows up.
