Dressed for a Day at the Office
A woman isn't just for domestic life--not this one, anyway, and I suspect many, if not most, women feel the same way. I'd like to be valued for my abilities, and who's to say I wouldn't rise up the corporate ladder, become a CEO! All while retaining my femininity, naturally, keeping my integrity intact--behaving ladylike, in other words, and expecting men to be gentlemen. If I had to choose between marriage and a career, well, I suppose it would depend on the marriage. Keeping love alive would be as satisfying, surely, as drawing a big paycheck.
