If you would like Musical Moments to perform for your special moment, you can either e-mail Musical Moments and recieve a contract by "snail mail" and a copy of the signed contract will be sent back to you or you can print this page and fill out the contract, then all you have left to do is bring it with you to the planning meeting that you will have with Musical Moments when we begin to plan your event of a lifetime!
