Dan

1. What made you realize that you wanted to be a musician?
I've always loved music.
2. Does your family support your choice of career?
Absolutely.
3. When did you get your first "big break"?
There wasn't one, really. It took years of hard work which finally started paying off in '99.
4. You're one of the few bands out of Baltimore to hit it big. Do you think there are more local bands there who'll become more popular?
I think so, and since Jimmie's Chicken Shack got signed there's been a little more attention paid to bands from the Baltimore area. Good Charlotte, Godsmack, Rebel Amish Radio, and others have gotten signed and are doing well. It's great for Baltimore.
5. Obviously, the Beatles are one of your major influences... who else do you admire?
I'm a big Police fan, but I also really like the Foo Fighters, American Hi-Fi, Supergrass, and tons of others.
6. I think I'd go crazy touring for so long, with the same people. Do you guys have a lot of conflicts on the road? How do you resolve them?
We have our share of disagreements, but we try to work them out to do what's best for all of us.
7. What was your worst performance ever?
I must have blocked it out of my mind.
8. What do you do in your spare time, when you're not touring?
Go to the gym, write songs, read, catch up with friends and family.
9. It's no big secret that all of you guys are HOT! Do you think that your looks are part of the reason that you're becoming so popular?
I hope not. I'd like to think it's our music.
10. What's the craziest thing a fan has ever done?
Going topless the whole set, in the front row.
11. For the most part, are you comfortable with who you are?
Pretty much, but I think everyone is always working on who they are.
12. If there was one thing you could take back doing, what would it be and how would you change it?
Can't think of anything, but I'm sure there's something.
13. You guys put on one of the best shows I've ever seen... Are there ever days when you just don't feel like performing?
Sure. Sometimes we're all really tired, or maybe we're sick. But we still try to go out there and put on the best show we can for everyone who came to see us.
14. (For your female fans...) Are you single? What kind of girl are you looking for?
I'm married, but I'm the only one in the band who is.
15. What is the one goal you hope to achieve in your lifetime?
My goal is to have a long, successful music career. That would be success.
