Purpose of our website

 

Our primary purpose is to dedicate this website especially to Chinese R&B pop artiste, Jay Chou, Zhou Jie Lun. His music has touched the heart of many pop lovers of today. This is to show appreciation for all his hard work and meaningful songs. Not forgetting the wonderful fans of Jay, the website is also created for them .We also aimed to introduce Jay Chou to the people all over the world, let them to know more about him and how talented he is. Our website also provides various facilities such as the downloads page. They will be able to find all sort of downloads in our website such as wallpapers etc. In addition, we also provide latest news or even rumors of Jay Chou for people who wish to keep track of his latest news, example like the release of his latest album <The Eighth Dimensions>.

 

 

Target audience

 

Our target audiences are mainly teenagers, fans of Jay Chou, people who want to know more about Jay Chou and pop music lovers. For the fans of Jay Chou, we provide the latest news for them. They also can download varieties of things from our website. Some of which are midi and Flash MTVs. People who want to know more about Jay Chou can read or browse through Jay’s profile page. There are also lyrics pages in han yu pin yin and Chinese for music lovers who wish to practice Jay’s songs or have a look at them. Furthermore, people who are playing piano or guitar can also take a look at Jay’s piano and guitar scores. Those are highly-rated scores chosen with much consideration.

Interactivity and other features

 

We have integrated the use of flash, javascript and dhtml, and html into our webpages. Javascript is implemented into our navigation bars for interactivity between the user and the webpage. We also used Javascript to improve the look of our mouse cursors. Not forgetting about the fading effect of the photo gallery, it is looked into by our members to make the webpage more appealing to our target audience.
