Contribution

 

When doing the IMMF project, my leader assigned me to do the Jay Chou’s news. Besides that, I have to do the Han Yu Pin Yin, find pictures and wallpapers.

 

Research

 

When doing the Jay Chou’s news, I have actually went to few website to do some research in finding the news and some interesting pictures to add in to the webpage. I visit others website to find Jay Chou’s lyrics and copy down their java script, and then add in to our webpage, so that to make it more interesting. I have also found the wallpaper for my team-mate. I went to the website to get the sources for doing the Chinese and Han Yu Pin Yin lyrics part, and I managed to find the Chinese and Han Yu Pin Yin lyrics part.

 

My Roles

 

As for the Han Yu Pin Yin lyrics, I have to translate from Chinese to Han Yu Pin Yin. As for news, I have been to many website to find news - which was relevant to Jay Chou. I have to decide to choose which was best for our website, and then I summarize the main point. General, I have done the news and Han Yu Pin Yin part.    

 

Techniques and tools 

 

            All the parts that I do were actually done it on Dreamweaver. However, in adding the images to the webpage, I attempted to type in the html. The rest I used the Dreamweaver’s tools and some basic java script in the webpage.

 

Learning

 

            In this project, I learnt how to use Microsoft Excel for typing Chinese word. In addition, I have a better understanding of using Dreamweaver. Furthermore, I have known some java script.
