Tuna Dip ( Dips / Seafood )
1 can evaporated milk 160ml
2 tbsp flour
180ml water
1 can tuna chunks in oil (200g), drained
2 tbsp chopped pickled gherkins
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped red capsicum
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
salt to taste

Combine milk, flour and water in a pan. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring continuously till mixture thickens. Cool. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well with a fork, breaking tuna pieces while mixing. Adjust seasoning. Serve as filling for toasted bread and crackers, or as a dip, or stuff it in a bun.
