Ingredients:

100 g white sliced bread, crusts included, about 3 slices
1 onion, quartered
1 clove of garlic
parsley, handful
210 g uncooked beef sausages, casings discarded
1 apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
2 celery stalks, finely diced
50 g walnut, finely chopped
1 tsp curry powder
1 egg
grated zest of half a lemon
juice of half a lemon
10 to 12 slices beef bacon

Method:
    Whizz the bread in a blender to make crumbs. Tip into a bowl. Place the onion, garlic and parsley in the blender and whizz until finely choppped. Add this to the bread crumbs with all the other ingredients, except the ham. Season generously and press everything together with your hands until combined. Divide into 10 - 12 portions. Shape each portion into a sausage, then wrap each one in a slice of ham. Bake on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
