375 g chicken frankfurters, cut into 1" pieces
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
3 potatoes, cubed
125 g mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green capsicum, diced
1/2 red capsicum, sliced
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper, to taste

Spicy Sausage and Potatoes ( Chicken )


    Combine oil, franks, onions, potatoes, mushroom, green capsicum, salt, pepper and thyme in a pan. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook over medium high heat until potatoes are browned.
