Ingredients:

2 cups rice
salt to taste
1 cup urad dal
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup Fenugreek seeds(Methi)

Soft Idly ( Bread / Indian / Breakfast )

Method:
    Soak rice and methi together in water overnight. Soak urud dal in water seperately overnight.Drain the water from urud dal and grind it fine with little water. Keep aside. Now drain water from soaked rice and methi. Grind these along with cooked rice and little water. Now mix the ground items and add salt. Pour in idly oulds and steam till done.
