Ingredients:

1/2 cup concentrated sweetened milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup maida (refined flour)
1/2 cup oil
1 cup yoghurt
2 eggs
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup ground pistachios
canola oil cooking spray to grease baking pan

Pistachio Cake ( Bake / Tea-Coffee-Time )

Method:
    Mix yoghurt, oil and eggs. Add sugar and stir. Add baking powder, vanilla, flour and pistachios. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake at medium heat till golden. set aside to cool a little. Mixe cheese with milk and pour over the cake. Refrigerate.
