Ingredients:

500 ml canned cream
60 g butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
nutmeg, a pinch
salt and pepper to taste
250 g brown mushrooms, chopped and fried
200 g blue cheese, cumbled
30 g rocket leaves
750 g spaghetti, cooked and drained

Pasta With Three Sauces ( Pasta )

Method:
    Bring cream, 125 ml water, butter, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper to a boiling point. Remove from heat and divide sauce into three.
    Add mushroom to one part and blend until smooth.
    Add blue cheese to second part and blend until smooth.
    Add rocket leaves to last part and blend until smooth.
    Ladle a portion of pasta in a plate. Add a spoon of each of the sauces. Flavour with black pepper and serve.
